Privacy policy

The Finnish Association for Psychedelic Research maintains a registry on its members, membership applications and people who’ve joined our email list or volunteer list. Full and deputy members of the board have access to these registries.

The membership registry is used to ensure membership rights (such as the right to vote), tracking of the payment of membership fees and newsletters. The data provided through full member applications will be used as a basis for approval of new members.

Data from accepted full member applications can also be used for the utilization of their skills, i.e. looking for volunteers for particular tasks. Rejected applications will be stored for at least three (3) months. They will be deleted no later than six (6) months after receiving the application. Accepted applications will be deleted no longer than six (6) months after approval.

Members of the association and those who have joined our mailing list have the right to request the data we’ve collected about them, change that data and demand its removal or other rights protected by the Personal Data Act. If you want to inquire about or correct your data, please send a signed request to psyty (a) psyty.fi.

The data will not be shared with third parties.
